As an R2:2008 Certified company, ATR is required to track its equipment or components containing focus material all the way downstream to final disposition. Businesses buying ten or more items will need to fill out the following documents before we can proceed with the sale.

Please use the space provided under “Process Information” to detail what you do with the equipment/components you purchase from ATR, and, most importantly, where unusable or non-working parts or materials (scrap) are sent by your company.
For ATR’s records, we will need to see a manifest or Bill of Lading showing a shipment of material to the downstream scrap vendor and additionally a report from the scrap company showing a breakdown by category of scrap received. Also, please send copies of business permits and insurance coverage, plus any other applicable items listed on pages 3 and 4. Pages 3 and 4 must contain your signature.
